  • Oversee the planning and execution of major retail events, including the American Quarter Horse Congress, Kentucky 3 Day Event, and more…
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and customer engagement plans that align with our brand values.
  • Recruit, train, and empower retail teams to exceed expectations.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in every retail and event touchpoint.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, product, and logistics teams.
