Job description

As Promet Source’s Marketing Operations Assistant, you’ll aid the team in keeping 3-5 concurrent marketing campaigns moving. Your focus is operational execution in HubSpot and social channels—updating forms and emails, segmenting lists, maintaining workflows, scheduling posts, coordinating webinars, and pulling performance reports—so the SEO Expert & Content Strategist can concentrate on strategy and positioning.

You are organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive. You keep meticulous checklists, communicate clear status updates, and enjoy learning new tools fast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social media & community
    • Repurpose approved blog/asset snippets into bite-sized social content
    • Schedule LinkedIn posts and employer‑brand updates
  • Email & CRM operations (HubSpot)
    • Update and QA forms and on existing landing pages
    • Build and maintain contact lists & segments
    • Create and adjust workflows for nurtures, lead routing, and internal alerts
    • Pull weekly and monthly email & workflow performance reports
  • Webinar production
    • Coordinate Zoom logistics
    • Manage post‑event follow‑ups: Attendance reports, video uploading, and landing page updates
  • Sales enablement
    • Keep the collateral library organized & current
  • Creative
    • Create simple graphics in Canva
  • Admin
    • Maintain campaign dashboards and KPI snapshots in HubSpot and Google Sheets
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years in digital marketing operations, preferably B2B or agency
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub – forms, lists, workflows, basic reporting
  • Working knowledge of Canva for quick-turn graphics
  • Solid written English for social captions and one‑pager text
  • Spreadsheet competence for KPI tracking
  • Ability to overlap at least 3–4 hours with U.S. EST
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Drupal (for minor updates)
  • Familiarity with public‑sector or higher‑ed audiences
