Are you an experienced client lead with a passion for women’s basketball and driving high-level sports campaigns?


We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to join our team on a 5-month contract. This is a contract role with the potential to transition into a full-time position, contingent upon performance and business needs. You will lead client communication, oversee project execution, and ensure that internal teams are aligned to deliver best-in-class work for one of our largest accounts, a global brand with a WNBA partnership.


As the lead day-to-day contact for your accounts, you'll own the client relationship, working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-impact digital campaigns. From live coverage and social content to stunts and on-site production, you'll bring structure, vision, and executional excellence to every step of the project lifecycle.


This role is compensated at $35 to $41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Client Management:

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as creative, strategy, and production
  • Manage client communication and campaign execution
  • Recap work and report on campaign performance

Project Management:

  • Work cross-departmentally to support campaign development, production, and delivery
  • Manage timelines, team communication, and creative execution
  • Price and scope creative work
  • Support internal team communication and resourcing
  • Work on digital marketing campaigns including social media, digital stunts, live coverage, and on-site productions
Requirements

Required

  • Strong knowledge of the WNBA and the broader basketball space
  • Familiarity with fast-paced digital agency or sports environments 
  • Outstanding client service and relationship management skills
  • Confident navigating live coverage, social content, and digital production initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally across creative, strategy, and production
  • Proven experience managing timelines, team communication, and execution
  • Ability to scope and price creative projects effectively

Preferred

  • Experience with social media campaigns, digital stunts, or on-site productions 
Salary Description
$35 - $41 /hour
