Job description

This is a remote position.

STARTING IN JUNE: We are looking for a skilled and committed sailing team to run this beautiful, private 78ft SY on a great family cruising program around the Med for this coming summer season. Winter plans are being decided but may include the Caribbean.

This family invests in crew for the long term if the right fit is found. They need positive and respectful team players who are fluent in English. Non smokers only.
A couple in an established relationship having worked together on yachts is preferable however individuals will also be considered. We are ideally looking for minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles aboard sailing yachts of comparable size.

Requirements

Captain:

Yachtmaster Offshore CE minimum / STCW / ENG1
3+ years of experience as Captain on a similar-sized vessel
AEC 1&2 and/or proven experience maintaining similar onboard systems
Effective communication and management skills
Attention to detail

Cook/Stew:

STCW/ENG1
Level 2 Hygiene (desirable, not essential)
Previous experience as sole stew or cook/stew on yachts of similar size
Hospitality-focused with a strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Enthusiasm for cooking and creative projects
Self-motivated team player
Good experience assisting on deck with sailing procedures
