Job Description:
 We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with experience in Google Ads to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and managing paid advertising campaigns. Proficiency in social media management is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Implementation
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform content and SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Google Ads Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Perform ongoing optimization of ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Social Media Management (Preferred, not required)

  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media metrics and contribute to strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in social media management is an advantage.
