Job Description

This is a critical role supporting the procurement and supply chain operations of a rapidly growing e-commerce business. You’ll be the backbone of our international sourcing operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our company and manufacturing partners across Asia. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in maintaining data integrity throughout our procurement process, from initial orders to final delivery. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge e-commerce platforms while developing expertise in international trade operations. Responsibilities:
  • Enter and maintain accurate product cost prices and order information in Excel spreadsheets
  • Record and track purchase orders from Chinese factories in company database
  • Cross-check factory invoices against agreed pricing to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Update delivery dates and timeline changes in tracking systems
  • Monitor and organize purchase orders across different shipping containers
  • Generate and send product barcodes to factories that correspond to specific purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and supplier communications

Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for data entry errors
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and database management
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Experience working with international suppliers preferred
  • Strong communication skills for supplier correspondence
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy standards
  • Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and financial data
