Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Brisbane time with an hour unpaid break

About the Role

We're searching for a motivated and versatile digital marketing all-rounder to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of marketing disciplines and make a real impact on the success of our clients.

What You'll Do:

Front-End Website Development:

Design and build new webpages using WordPress, primarily with the Divi Builder.
Implement custom CSS using Divi modules to achieve unique design elements.
Build new websites from scratch, following sitemaps provided by our agency.
Create simple landing pages or location-based pages as needed.

Project Management: Utilize Basecamp 4 to manage tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines effectively.
Client Communication:

Provide exceptional customer support via email, addressing basic inquiries and resolving tickets.
Liaise with white-label suppliers to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Process Improvement: Contribute to refining agency systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Graphic Design: Create visually engaging graphics for websites and marketing materials using Canva.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in implementing SEO strategies using WordPress plugins like RankMath, in collaboration with our SEO provider.
A strong eye for visually appealing web design and layout.
Experience with Canva for creating marketing materials and website graphics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on clear and professional client interactions.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, website optimization, and digital marketing best practices.
