Job description


• Research trends and competitors to guide content direction.


• Schedule posts across all platforms using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.


• Create engaging, original graphics, reels, stories, and captions (in Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).


• Write compelling, on-brand copy for captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.


• Curate relevant content from industry sources to share with the audience.


• Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and mentions daily and engage with the audience.


• Answer inquiries professionally and escalate complex questions when needed.


• Manage brand reputation by addressing negative comments tactfully.
