Job description

This is a remote position.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on hiring efforts for roles spanning investment, engineering, and operational teams. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring leaders to define ideal profiles, develop tailored search strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate journey from first contact to final offer. This position is fully remote, with occasional travel for team gatherings and company retreats.


Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage high-caliber professionals across multiple disciplines, using creative and efficient sourcing tactics

  • Manage the entire recruitment process: clarify hiring needs, source candidates, conduct assessments, and facilitate offer negotiations

  • Develop compelling job postings and outreach messages that attract the right audience

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and communications to ensure a smooth and transparent process

  • Leverage advanced recruiting technology—including AI-driven sourcing tools and analytics platforms—to enhance your workflow

  • Maintain relationships with promising talent for future opportunities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both hiring managers and candidates, with a strong focus on understanding motivation and cultural fit




Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or coordination, with recent growth into a recruiter role

  • Exceptional judgment in identifying potential and drive in candidates

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to quickly build rapport and trust

  • Deep interest in human performance, personal growth, and what makes high achievers tick

  • Persistent, inquisitive, and resourceful—adept at following leads and solving problems

  • Comfortable adopting new recruiting technologies and AI tools to optimize results


Extra Credit
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-performance settings (e.g., startups, finance, technology, crypto, or AI)

  • Exposure to hiring for technical or investment-focused positions

  • Familiarity with building sourcing automations, tracking dashboards, or AI-based recruitment workflows

  • An ability to spot potential in unconventional backgrounds or non-traditional career paths

$70000 - $120,000+
