Flexo Wash seeks an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team and serve a multi-state region across the East Coast of the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and supporting installation and technical follow-up alongside our internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in print or flexographic industry sales, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a self-motivated approach to territory management. This role offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities: The candidate must:
Represent Flexo Wash across the assigned territory: NC, VA, MD, DE, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, and ME
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in the assigned territory
Build and maintain relationships with current customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities
Promote Flexo Wash equipment and cleaning solutions to converters, printers, and other end users
Coordinate with internal teams across Sales, Service, Warehouse, Denmark HQ, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience
Participate in equipment installations and provide follow-up support in collaboration with service teams
Accurately manage customer interactions and pipeline activity using CRM platforms (ZoHo and HubSpot)
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as a representative of Flexo Wash
Create a positive, helpful environment for customers and colleagues through excellent service and follow-through
Requirements: The candidate will:
Have outside sales experience, ideally within the print, flexo, converting, or capital equipment industries
Hold a college degree or demonstrate significant industry knowledge
Be comfortable with basic mechanical concepts (experience with inks, machinery, or printing a plus)
Be proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (ZoHo and HubSpot experience preferred)
Be self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation and customer service abilities
Be based in or willing to travel extensively within the territory (up to 75% travel)
