Job Description:

1. Project Management
•    Lead and manage multiple HEOR projects from inception through completion, ensuring all project milestones are met.
•    Develop and maintain project plans, including defining timelines, task assignments, and resource requirements.
•    Oversee budget allocations and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.

2. Analytical Oversight
•    Conduct data analysis and interpret complex data sets to inform project decisions and deliver actionable insights.
•    Collaborate with research teams to identify data needs, assess data quality, and ensure robust outcomes.
•    Support evidence generation and outcomes research by assisting with protocol design for observational and ethnographic studies.

3. Task Orchestration and Cross-Department Coordination
•    Coordinate project activities across clinical research, data analytics, and regulatory compliance teams to streamline efforts.
•    Ensure timely communication and alignment between teams, helping to resolve potential conflicts and barriers.
•    Maintain project documentation and regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with HEOR standards.

4. Usability Testing and Compliance
•    Collaborate in designing usability testing protocols and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
•    Contribute to the development of user-friendly medical technologies through rigorous testing and compliance review.
•    Support usability testing for regulatory submissions and help identify areas for improvement based on test results.

5. Reporting and Communication
•    Prepare reports on project progress, metrics, and outcomes for senior management and stakeholders.
•    Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring accessibility of information.
•    Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.

Qualifications & Technical Competencies:

•    At least 5 years of experience in program or project management within a healthcare field.
•    Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data.
•    Experience with healthcare research and usability testing.
•    Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
•    Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time as needed.
 

Preferred Qualifications

•    Master’s degree with an emphasis on health economics or a related field.
•    Experience with usability testing and regulatory submissions.
•    Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
 

Working Conditions:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and
local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
