Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, mentor, and manage HVAC technicians and installers.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
• Oversee performance management and training initiatives.
• Operations Management
• Direct daily service operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Standardize operational procedures and quality assurance.
• Financial Oversight
• Assist in budget creation and manage divisional financials.
• Monitor job costing, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Business Development & Strategy
• Strengthen existing client relationships and develop new business.
• Contribute to marketing and expansion strategies.
• Promote customer retention through service excellence.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safety standards.
• Conduct routine audits and enforce safety policies.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Use data to identify and address areas for improvement.
  

Qualifications

• Required: Master HVACR Contractor license.
• Minimum 10 years in HVAC with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Expert knowledge of residential HVAC systems and services.
• Experience with service software; Housecall Pro preferred.
• Proven leadership capabilities and team-building success.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Willing to relocate within 45 minutes of Pompton Lakes, NJ if not already local.
