Entry Level Back Office Banking Role (New Grads Welcome)

Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is hiring for their corporate office located in the downtown Toronto area.

Please note - this is a Hybrid role located in the downtown Toronto area, with the expectations of working in the office 2-3 days a week.

Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Accurately process a high volume of financial transfers on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory standards.
• Review and verify transfer requests for completeness and accuracy before execution.
• Maintain meticulous records of all transactions for audit and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with the team lead to receive and manage daily task assignments.
• Efficiently handle assigned queues of transfer requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and complexity.
• Other back office processing duties as required
  
  
  

Must Have Experience/Skills

• Previous Finance Experience (Can be from studies, internships, co-ops, etc.)
• Strong Computer Skills/Knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Etc.)
• Strong - High Level Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
