We are currently searching for a Business Analyst :

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
Create and manage complex SQL queries for enterprise data warehouses (DWH).
Develop advanced Power BI reports/dashboards and semantic models.
Interpret complex datasets to identify trends and operational opportunities.
Apply predictive analytics for business forecasting and optimization.
Translate technical data into actionable insights and visualizations.
Deliver presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with mining operations teams (drilling, blasting, hauling, processing).
Integrate and analyze SAP data (Finance, HR, Supply Chain).

Requirements

5+ years as a Business Analyst.
Experience with ETL tools, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Service Now and ITSM processes.
Strong communication skills.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
