Solution Architect (Java, Kubernetes) at HW.Tech

Join a team focused on developing innovative solutions in Brand and Product Creation technologies. You’ll be both a Solution Architect and Technical Analyst, contributing to scalable solutions in master data management, data streams, and reusable backend services for a leading global brand.

Location: remote from Ukraine only.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-performance solutions with Java and AWS.

• Implement event-driven and microservice architectures.

• Ensure compliance with architecture standards and documentation.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine requirements.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Manage foundational data services ensuring data integrity.

• Leverage Kubernetes and CI/CD for deployments.

• Integrate with Kafka and various storage solutions.

• Guide and mentor development teams in architectural decisions.

• Ensure alignment with technical standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in solution architecture.

• 10+ years in Java backend development.

• Proven experience as a Technical Analyst.

• Expertise in Java, AWS, and Kubernetes.

• Experience with data modeling, API design, and event-driven systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Kafka, and SQL/NoSQL.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in requirements gathering and technical documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
