How You'll Make an Impact

Are you looking for an exciting, strategic role which leverages your consulting, sales, GTM strategic thinking and quantitative competencies?  If yes, please apply to join our Value Consulting team as Principal Value Consultant! We are continuing to expand our team globally to help our customers maximize the impact of their investments in Boomi in support of their business objectives. Members of Value Consulting enjoy a broad and dynamic set of responsibilities.  

We directly impact Boomi’s business in two ways:

Deliver consultative Business Value Assessments with our most strategic clients to: 

  • Understand their digital impact and agentic ambitions. 

  • Consult and define the business achievements when transforming business processes with Boomi.

  • Provide insights, recommendations and the potential quantifiable value of taking action now in parallel to confirming future value. 

  • This helps our customers make sound investment decisions to ensure they generate the most value when Boomi is at the core of their infrastructure and business processes.

Influencing GTM strategy (Value Experience) with the intent to:

  • Drive value and support GTM motions across customer buying and lifecycle journeys.

  • To elevate messaging and market positioning of our impactful platform.

  • Ensuring that Business and Technical Value is present in every corner of Boomi, driving a connected value experience for all customers.

What You'll Do

  • The Value Experience objective is to share and scale our learnings with our cross functional partners in Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success and beyond through value benchmarking data, tooling, success stories, business process value definitions, product intention, field events, etc.... We are continuously supporting others as Boomi attacks the AI market with speed and innovation.
  • We also evangelize the business and technical value of Boomi to our customers and partners by publishing our thought leadership and presenting at customer forums as well as perform speaking engagements, support field events, and much more.
  • We are key members of regional extended leadership teams who prioritize and align resources and programs for growth and customer success and overall expansion of the Boomi platform in their organizations.

 The Experience You Bring

  • MBA or Business Finance and Process background preferred

  • 10+ years of work experience

  • 4+ years of relevant experience within IT strategy consulting and/or value 

  • Comfortable building credibility and relationships across stakeholders, from user to C level.

  • Complex deal structuring and proposal creation/support

  • Drive the launch, go-to-market, enablement and “selling” of internal value influence programs/initiatives

  • Conducting customer discovery sessions

  • Presenting findings and recommendations to customers

  • Mentoring others, prior leadership experience a plus

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self starter

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, diverse and autonomous environment

Compensation and Benefits

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $MIN - $MID (inclusive of commission).

Final compensation is determined by various factors including geographic location and the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. An overview of our benefits can be found here.
