The Senior Partner Manager will own a portfolio of Growth focused agency partners. This includes managing the day-to-day interactions and building relationships with agency partners. Additionally, enabling Shopify system integrators and digital agencies in North America who will implement, refer and manage Bloomreach solutions.
This is a quota carrying role for someone who is passionate about creating and building partnerships that are mutually beneficial, driving sourced and influenced revenue. The role will facilitate collaboration between agency partners and align cross functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Delivery, and Marketing, to drive success. This role reports into the Associate Director, Agency Partnerships.
The on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $120,000-$150,000, consisting of base plus commission. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
