The NTA (New Technology Assessment) Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end NTA process.

This role ensures operational efficiency, data accuracy, SLA/OLA compliance, and timely resolution of issues across the NTA lifecycle. The analyst will collaborate with architects, governance teams, sourcing, and other stakeholders to ensure NTAs are completed accurately and on time, prior to contract signing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or IT governance.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks independently.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with technology assessment processes.
Understanding of SLA/OLA frameworks and escalation protocols.
Intermediary to advance in Excel, proficient PowerPoint, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Exposure to Jira or similar workflow management tools.
