Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• No previous recruitment experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping others.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
