Job description

Role Description:

Manage a team of back-office employees.  Understand how to complete the back-office tasks the team will handle and address questions.  Review timecards, manage workflow.  Complete quality audits and log training audits.  Manage email boxes and chats.  Lead individual performance and development meetings, as well as coaching.  Conduct team meetings, attend leadership meetings.  Read and analyze metrics reporting.  Lead projects as needed.

Able to maintain records inventory, including where records are located, ownership, when records are eligible for disposal, and which are subject to legal hold. Able to identify confidentiality level and has a clear understanding of the corporate record taxonomy.

Able to transcribe, review and evaluate information, manually or automatically, on machines or computers, looking for legibility, completeness and accuracy.

Able to operate required machinery used for shipping and receiving mail and pallets. Keeps up to date on USPS postal guidelines and maintains supply inventory as needed.

Able to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

Able to use the capabilities of various tools​. Able to understand the Farmers applications and systems and the means to implement changes​. Able to use tools to develop insights and reporting for stakeholders.
