Job description

About Penbrothers

Penbrothers is an HR & remote talent management partner and one of the fastest growing companies in the Philippines. We provide talented Filipinos with global opportunities in high-growth startups and dynamic companies, from the comfort of their own homes.

About the Client

Our client is an entrepreneur, brand-builder, and visionary operator behind multiple interconnected ventures spanning hospitality, design, and strategic matchmaking. She is seeking a “Right hand woman” someone who filters, focuses, and facilitates, keeping her energy protected, decisions clear, and execution smooth. This is not a traditional assistant role, it is an opportunity for growth into a more leadership position for a calm, confident, and systems-minded executor who can thrive inside chaos, act with discretion, and lead without ego.

About the Role

As the CEO's "Right Hand," you will be the gatekeeper, translator, and stabilizer—the operational nerve center that keeps her ventures moving forward. You'll expertly manage communication flow, synthesize decisions, remove bottlenecks, and proactively liaise with third-party vendors, team members, and partners. Your ultimate goal is to ensure Morgan isn't always the bottleneck, freeing her to focus on high-level strategy and creative pursuits. You'll be at the very center of an influential network, actively shaping operations across dynamic sectors like hospitality, tech, events, and social impact. Morgan will extend her full trust for you to lead, manage, and shape how the entire operation runs, thereby freeing her to do what she does best: connect, create, and transform industries.

What You'll Do:

Information Management & Communication

  • Act as the primary filter for all incoming requests, communications, and opportunities, discerning what truly demands CEO's attention.

  • Draft, refine, and manage crucial communications on CEO's behalf across various platforms, including email, Teams, Monday.com, and a future CRM system.

  • Translate high-level ideas and voice memos into structured project plans, concise briefs, and actionable deliverables.

  • Ensure external parties (vendors, contractors, collaborators) receive clear direction and timely information without CEO always being the point of contact.

  • Condense and contextualize complex information to enable fast, informed decision-making.

Operational Execution & Accountability

  • Own project follow-through, proactively ensuring all to-dos are assigned, deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed—you don't just remind, you ensure completion.

  • Run internal systems that keep CEO's ventures progressing, including status documents, action trackers, and streamlined workflows.

  • Coordinate seamlessly across her various businesses (procurement, design, tech, events, product), demonstrating exceptional organizational prowess.

  • Be a tenacious solution-seeker, consistently bringing proposed paths forward and not just identifying problems.

Calendar, Travel, and Prioritization

  • Optimize CEO's calendar for maximum focus, efficient travel, productive meetings, and essential downtime.

  • Book complex domestic and international travel with exceptional efficiency, precision, and proactive foresight.

  • Create critical breathing room around high-priority projects and demanding travel windows.

  • Fiercely protect CEO's time using strategic buffers, intelligent categorization, and expert scheduling techniques.

Leadership & Influence

  • Maintain a calm, grounded presence, especially during high-stress moments or when CEO is managing multiple priorities.

  • Provide strategic input and apply high emotional intelligence during planning sessions or when decision fatigue sets in.

  • Represent CEO with utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and warmth in all interactions.
