Job description

Leveraging CO2 AI’s platform, you will guide clients in operationalizing their sustainability strategies, ensuring they achieve tangible outcomes and ROI. From the moment a customer joins our platform, you will be their trusted advisor — guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience, orchestrating collaboration across our expert teams (solution architects, product manager, support engineers, and back office teams), and ensuring they unlock the full potential of CO2AI.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)

Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability goals and challenges. Develop tailored strategies that align with their business objectives, support their transformation, and drive measurable impact.
Value Realization: Use CO2 AI’s platform to identify opportunities for carbon reduction and sustainability improvements. Quantify the business value of these initiatives, present findings to stakeholders, and ignite the necessary business and organizational transformation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Understand, build, and develop relationships with key client stakeholders, including executives, sustainability, procurement, and R&D leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to support their sustainability journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the professional service team and solutions architects to onboard customers on the CO2 AI technology, build robust data pipelines, and system integrations. You will also work with other internal teams such as product, marketing, sales, and engineering.
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sustainability. Share knowledge internally and externally to position CO2 AI as a leader in the space.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

2-5 years of experience in management consulting, sustainability consulting, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing very large scale transformation projects
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of environmental challenges and solutions.
Familiarity with carbon accounting, GHG emissions, and sustainability reporting standards is a plus.
Fluent in English is required

WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED

Role based in central Paris (France) or remote in London

YOUR TEAM

In this role, you will report to the VP Customer. You will work closely with the whole Value Consultant team and our sales, product and engineering teams.
