We’re on the lookout for a MAKE Consultant to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!

The Challenge

We're looking for an experienced Make (formerly Integromat) Consultant (https://www.make.com/en) to help us assess, troubleshoot, and optimize our current Make automation scenarios. This is a short-term consulting opportunity where your main goal is to identify the root causes of issues in our existing setups and recommend clear, actionable solutions.

We use Make to automate tasks between Shopify, Google Sheets, and other systems, and we’ve run into several recurring issues that need expert attention.

What You'll Be Diagnosing & Solving..

1. "ESOCKETTIMEDOUT" Errors

   • Random and frequent timeout errors are interrupting workflows.

2. Failure to Transpose Data to Google Sheets

   • Data pulled from Shopify isn't consistently making it to our spreadsheet.

3. Scenario Auto-Deactivation

   • The scenario keeps getting deactivated, requiring manual restarts.

4. Duplicate Entries in Google Sheets

   • Our Google Sheet logs sometimes reflect multiple entries for the same product.

5. Incorrect Drafting of Products

   • Products are being drafted even when they’ve had previous sales.

   • Our current scenario should:

     • Monitor new orders in Shopify

     • Retrieve the Product ID

     • Check if the product is listed in Google Sheets

     • If it is listed: end the scenario

     • If it is not: collect info, add to Google Sheet, and auto-draft

   2. Written Assessment followed by HR Initial Interview
3. Final Interview
   1. Meet with the Hiring Manager or our CEO.
   2. If the Hiring Manager is not our CEO, you may have another call with our CEO.
4. Offer Discussion - If all goes well, we'll discuss the offer and invite you to our pre-onboarding process.
5. Pre-Onboarding Process
   1. Background Check: Verification of your identification and declared address.
   2. Reference Check: We’ll contact your three references for their feedback.
6. Onboarding: Once all checks are completed, we’ll initiate the onboarding process.
