Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1400 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a founder with daily operations, calendar management, communication, and project coordination. This role is pivotal in helping the founder stay focused and effective, acting as a true right-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings, including cross-time zone coordination.
  • Triage and respond to emails and other communications.
  • Assist with personal and professional task management.
  • Draft and proofread documents, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support project tracking and follow-up across departments and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel, bookings, and logistics as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Confident with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience supporting a founder or C-level executive.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Experience working with US-based teams remotely.
