We seek a Agentforce Sales Engineer Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- 7+ years in solutions engineering, architecture, or technical consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein).Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI), plus the ability to communicate value to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and modern data stacks and comfortable discussing governance, security, and integration.
- Proven track record of leveraging APIs to build robust, scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omnistudio, and its development lifecycle.).
- Strong presentation skills; adept at explaining sophisticated ideas and guiding partners toward impactful solutions.
- Passion for exploring emerging AI research and frameworks, sharing insights, and experimenting with innovative technologies.
- Actively stays current on new LLM models and agentic approaches, experimenting with prompt engineering to drive innovation.
- Familiarity with databases (Snowflake, Databricks), ETL processes, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
- Hands-on work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based frameworks, and prompt engineering is preferred.
- A good understanding of Salesforce Analytics is a plus.
- Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology is preferred.
- Recommended Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant; Service Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Agentforce Specialist; Experience Cloud Consultant; Data Cloud Consultant; Platform Developer I & 2.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $190,000 - $225,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
