As a Working Student or Intern, you are part of the Well-Being, Health, and Safety Team Germany within People & Culture at Allianz Technology. We design and continuously improve employee offerings and initiatives in the areas of well-being and health, family, and occupational health and safety.
What You Do
- Support the roll-out of concepts in the areas of well-being, health, and safety
- Initiate and implement well-being initiatives and events
- Assist in communication campaigns to promote these topics
- Perform Project Management Office tasks to ensure effective implementation
- Prepare, follow up, and organize events, workshops, and meetings
What You Bring
- A strong interest in health and well-being topics and their promotion
- Language skills: very good English and fluent German (C1 level)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work efficiently both in a team and independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities and basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practicle use
- Availability to start immediately and interest in an internship for 4 to 6 months full-time (38 hours/week) or, in a working student position, part-time (16-20 hours/week)
