Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale IT deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise-level IT rollouts, with expertise in planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. This role demands strategic oversight, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of complex IT deployments, including infrastructure upgrades and, system implementations., and enterprise software rollouts.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.

  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; analyze results to ensure project goals are met.

  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Promote project management best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of project management experience with a focus on large-scale IT deployments.

  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide infrastructure or application projects.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, and networking.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • This role will require some oversight of activities that occur outside of core business hours, the right candidate will have the ability to move around working hours as necessary.

  • Ability to interact with customers, while creating customer relationships that will endure far beyond the completion of any project.

  • PMP or similar certification is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail industries

  • Familiarity with ITIL or agile methodologiesa defined project management certification.

  • Experience managing multi-site deployments.
