Supply Chain & Logistics Project Manager
Irvine, CA / Full-time
Your Responsibilities
The Supply Chain & Logistics Project Manager develops and executes comprehensive change management plans in line with BSH RNA E2E Supply Chain and Logistics goals and objectives.
Lead multi-functional high impact supply chain and logistics projects from initiation to completion within BSH North America ensuring adherence to cost, timing, and project-specific targets.
Analyze the process, find best practices Globally and Industry benchmarks, lead gap analyzes and coordinate solution design and lead the project team to implement the change for better and reliable processes (e.g. S&OP Improvement, Forecast Accuracy Improvement, Logistics Network Analysis, Operational Improvement)
Creation of business cases for projects and management through approval process
Select, organize and provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams
Ensure efficient allocation of resources and identify cost-savings opportunities. Foster a proactive, high-performance culture based on accountability.
Collaborate with necessary local, regional and global teams/departments to ensure organizational alignment.
Manage overall information flow among internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Identify and mitigate project risks using systematic risk assessment and problem-solving methodologies.
Utilize Change Management models to gain support and guide organization through change.
Control project status and report to relevant stakeholders and management up to and including RNA BoM.
Active consulting, support and supervision of standardization and improvement of supply chain and logistics processes and systems.

Your profile
Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain or similar field) – Required
Master's Degree (Supply Chain, MBA, or similar) – Preferred
5-7 Years of Experience (Managing Supply Chain and Logistics in production environment) – Required
3-5 Years of Experience (Managing complex project in multifunctional environment) – Required
3-5 Years of Experience (Experience with Process Mapping and Process Improvement) –
3-5 Years of Experience (Creating a business case with financial impacts, able to show feasibility of the project) – Required
3-5 Years of Experience (Change management roles in Supply Chain and Logistics in manufacturing Companies) – Preferred
Proven experience in project management within supply chain and logistics environments.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
Knowledge of latest advancements in Supply Chain and Logistics strategies and tools
Ability to present to VP and C Level and high level of executive communication skills
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision, handle multiple tasks and be prompt in meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people up to and including upper management
Must be able to work well with people in other departments under difficult and sometimes stressful circumstances
Proficiency with MSProject, Powerpoint, PowerBi Excel and Word
Other BSH Systems (SAP, IBP, etc.)
Travel Percentage – 30%
Your Pay & Benefits
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

The plan provides a fully vested 100% employer match on the first 4% of compensation contributed and also includes an annual employer-funded profit sharing contribution dependent on company profitability.
Two weeks of paid vacation for all non-temporary status new hires below Director level positions. Vacation entitlement increases based on years of service with BSH.
Unlimited paid vacation for all Director and above level positions.
The greater of (a) 40 hours of paid sick leave or (b) state or local minimum requirements for paid leave (Non-Production Line).
40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line).
12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day).
