Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
Work with leadership to evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and cost-saving initiatives
Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting systems
Collaborate with other teams to gather and interpret financial information for decision-making
Financial Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
1+ years of experience in a financial analyst, FP&A, or similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling required
Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
High attention to detail and accuracy
