Who We’re Seeking
Qvest is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of a variety of marketing campaigns and content creation, with a focus on supporting marketing events and projects. This role will involve assisting with event logistics, contributing to project timelines, and creating campaign-related content. A key component will be measuring the success of these initiatives through data tracking and reporting. We are looking for a proactive individual eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, brand development, event marketing, project support, and the analysis of campaign and event data to inform future strategies. You'll work closely with experienced marketers and contribute to impactful projects that support our business goals.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and suggesting improvements
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing collateral
  • Help maintain and update the company website and digital assets
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, both virtual and in-person
  • Collaborate with internal teams  to ensure marketing materials align with overall business objectives

  • What You'll Bring
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in design applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets to pull & analyze data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to think critically
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Preferred Experience
  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing or related fields
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio
