This remote position offers a pay range of $31.25 - $36.06 per hour, DOE.

The primary function of our Clinical Acquisition Coordinator is clinical hiring and working together with a sourcer to find candidates. The right person will be flexible, as our needs will evolve, so will this role.

Essential Job Duties
Partner with hiring manager and recruiting team to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Assist with sourcing to locate and find candidates.
Strategize and identify new methods of recruiting and ideas to grow our team.
Screen and interview candidates to find the perfect fit for our team.
Coordinate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to keep ongoing pipeline.
Utilize our current ATS (JazzHR) to keep accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
Manage and monitor job postings, update and utilize best practices to keep current.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the mental health or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Familiarity with telehealth services and integrated care models is a plus.

Position Details
Location: Remote (U.S.-based, Work from Home) This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace. Working hours are based on company hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.
Position Type:Full-Time, W-2 Employee.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must provide own home office setup (space, desk, chair).

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation$31.25 - $36.06 per hour, to start.
4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, pro-rated amount based on hire date.
