Job description

About Sequel

Sequel Med Tech is an early-stage company developing the next generation of precision drug delivery devices.

Job Overview

Sequel is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead how healthcare providers (HCPs) access and use data from our twiist platform to manage patients more effectively. Your primary goal: make it easier for HCPs to see the value of twiist data—so they prescribe more often and with greater confidence.

This is a foundational role focused on building and scaling how twiist data is presented, accessed, and explained—starting with our integration into the Tidepool+ Data platform, and expanding to others over time. You’ll develop tools, resources, and messaging that empower our field team to demonstrate the clinical value, efficiency, and impact of our platform in a clear and consistent way.

You’ll own the strategy and execution of data access and visualization for HCPs, ensuring our platform fits naturally into clinical workflows. This includes simplifying complex data and systems into training, reference materials, and communications the field team can use to drive engagement and prescriptions.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in diabetes data and familiarity with data and CRM/marketing automation platforms. You’re highly collaborative, hands-on, and skilled at turning technical concepts into practical, user-focused solutions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Training, Digital, and Customer Care to ensure our data tools and messaging align with both field team and HCP needs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup, enjoys building from the ground up, and is ready to help scale a data-driven approach to diabetes care.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Digital Platform Ownership

  • Develop and execute the vision and strategy for Sequel’s digital products.
  • Own the digital experience of Sequel’s data platform (e.g., integration with Tidepool+), ensuring HCPs can access and use patient data easily and intuitively.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the field team and internal stakeholders for all questions, training, and support related to data management.

Field Enablement & Training

  • Lead all field team training on data platform use, ensuring consistent knowledge across the team.

  • Develop engaging, easy-to-use training content and reference materials to support field reps in educating HCPs.

  • Manage and maintain the Sequel demo account and its accessible data to support training and field use.

Partner and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and execute co-marketing opportunities tied to data usage and outcomes.

  • Work cross-functionally (Sales, Training, Medical, Customer Care, Compliance) to identify needs, define KPIs, and close knowledge gaps.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and strategic partners to gather feedback and insights to inform product roadmap decisions.

Issue Tracking, Reporting, and Optimization

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding digital product related inquiries, updates and training.

  • Track field team inquiries and platform feedback to identify recurring issues and drive resolution.

  • Report regularly on issue resolution status and improvements to demonstrate business impact and platform optimization over time.

Compliance & Data Privacy

  • Ensure all platform use, training materials, and communications comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

  • Lead the MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review process for new digital training or promotional content.

Continuing Education

  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive developments to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management, field enablement, data visualization, and/or platform training, preferably in healthcare, med tech, or pharma.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to explain data visualization to a variety of audiences

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

  • Ability to interpret market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to drive strategic decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of U.S. privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) as they apply to consumer health data

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
