Job description

Territory Sales Manager-- Southeast

Location: 
 Remote – Southeast U.S. (Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Eastern part of Arkansas)

Position Overview

Superior Cloth & Stitch is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to represent our industry-leading brands—Carhartt, Wink, and Fashion Seal Healthcare—across the Southeast region. This remote position focuses on developing new business opportunities while supporting and growing existing accounts in both retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retailers
  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships
  • Provide product training and support to retail partners
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Design)
  • Deliver territory sales reports to the Regional VP
  • Maximize replenishment and seasonal sales opportunities
  • Enhance in-store presence and merchandising of product lines

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in apparel or medical sales
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel 70% of the time
