Job description

CentralReach is the #1 provider of SaaS software solutions for autism and IDD care. Trusted by more than 175,000 users, we enable therapy providers, educators, and employers to scale the way they deliver Applied Behavior Analysis and related therapies with innovative technology, market-leading industry expertise, and world-class customer satisfaction.

CentralReach’s AI Innovation team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to turn AI-powered concepts into market-leading solutions that transform behavioral-health EHR workflows. You will incubate a new product inside the AI team, shepherd it into the broader CentralReach portfolio, and own its strategy and roadmap as it scales to become a major revenue engine for the company.

As a Senior Product Manager at CentralReach, you must be data-driven, proactive, positive, and humble. You will build strong relationships, deeply understand business problems, and prioritize initiatives to deliver world-class products and exceptional customer experiences. You will exhibit a passion for our products, empathy for stakeholders (clients, support, success, sales, QA, and engineering teams), and a commitment to the frameworks, structures, and processes utilized by the company.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Product Leadership:
    • Own and communicate a clear, multi-year roadmap for AI-powered behavioral-health solutions that aligns with CentralReach’s growth targets.
    • Act as the product evangelist—securing buy-in from executives, teams, and clients for major investments and directional shifts.
  • Client-Centric Product Development:
    • Build deep, ongoing relationships with ABA practice owners, billing managers, and clinical staff to surface unmet needs.
    • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into well-defined problems, opportunities, and prioritized initiatives.
    • Ensure high-quality deliverables by working closely with engineering and UI/UX teams to scope and refine work.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Lead agile squads of engineering, data science, and UX from concept through launch, balancing speed, quality, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Orchestrate go-to-market execution with marketing, sales, and customer-success teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure HIPAA and regulatory adherence.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for product initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Establish lightweight processes, clear objectives and key results, and disciplined release cadences that keep teams focused and informed.
    • Continuously refine your roadmap to address user feedback, data learnings, and evolving strategic priorities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Leverage qualitative and quantitative user research to evaluate and validate product decisions.
    • Apply creative problem-solving skills and a metrics-driven approach to develop substantiated solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Proven ability to strategize with product leaders, identifying and prioritizing critical problems to solve.
    • Demonstrated experience in driving product strategy and aligning it with business objectives.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years leading SaaS products, with a track record of shipping features or products in EHRs or adjacent healthcare tech.
    • Extensive experience working in an agile development environment and managing complex projects.
    • Partner with engineering teams to deliver complex healthcare software solutions.
    • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure HIPAA and regulatory adherence.
    • Guide go-to-market strategies with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Exceptional communication (oral & written) and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong organizational savvy and team-building capabilities.
  • Personal Attributes
    • Proactive, positive, and humble, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
    • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with roll-up-your-sleeves execution.

CentralReach was developed for Clinicians by Clinicians. The story of CentralReach begins in 2012 when the company’s founder, a practicing Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, decided there had to be a better way to manage her operations so she could spend more time on what mattered most — working with her clients and patients. To help ABA practices focus on what they do best, CentralReach launched the first iteration of its EMR and practice management platform.

Today, under the leadership of Chris Sullens, an award-winning CEO in the technology space, CentralReach is committed to their mission of providing cutting-edge technology and services to help clinicians and educators produce superior client and patient outcomes. Already a market leader, CentralReach is expected to grow exponentially through its four core tenets: hire and develop great people; build industry-leading products; provide exceptional service to customers and continuously invest in systems, processes and infrastructure.

We value our employees and offer a robust benefits package including health and dental, paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage and a 401(k) matching. We also provide comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, mentoring and career pathing to help you develop your career. We pride ourselves on our fun and energetic environment that also provides our employees with a meaningful way to make a difference by helping clinicians and educators produce superior outcomes for children and adults with disabilities.

The expected salary range for this position is $125,000-175,000. Compensation will vary based on a number of factors, including education, experience, skills, and location. The range listed is a good faith estimate of base pay for the role, and final compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the selected candidate. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, where applicable. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
