This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • Part-time, flexible schedule 10 hours per week to start. Flexible work schedule (eg, allocation of hours worked is flexible, but should be based around the eastern time zone.)

Responsibilities

  • Format and layout AI-generated educational content for multiple digital platforms
  • Upload podcast episodes and coordinate accompanying teacher resources
  • Create and publish engaging blog posts using provided content
  • Schedule and manage social media posts across various platforms to rebuild audience engagement
  • Organize and systematically manage educational resources designed for teachers
  • Revitalize and maintain social media platforms that need strategic reactivation
  • Support the successful launch and ongoing management of podcast content distribution
  • Handle repetitive administrative tasks related to content distribution and platform management
  • Assist with the coordination of podcast interviews and content scheduling


Requirements

  • Proven experience with social media platforms and content management systems
  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail and organization
  • Proficiency in content formatting, layout, and digital publishing tools
  • Familiarity with blog publishing platforms and social media scheduling tools
  • Basic understanding of educational content or teacher resources (highly preferred)
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes and guidelines
  • Experience with podcast content management and distribution (preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with evolving needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms
