This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week, 5 hours per day)
  • Monday to Thursday 8am-2pm with 1 hour unpaid break (5 paid hours per day)

Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Lead Generation & Cold Caller to drive business growth through strategic outreach and relationship building. In this exciting role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential commercial clients, using your communication skills to identify opportunities and set qualified appointments. You’ll work with an established script while having the freedom to adapt conversations naturally, and you’ll play a crucial role in expanding the company’s client base across professional service sectors. This position offers the perfect blend of independence and support, with performance-based incentives that reward your success.


Responsibilities
  • Research and generate qualified leads for commercial cleaning prospects including medical offices, law firms, dental practices, and retail establishments
  • Execute strategic cold calling campaigns to connect with decision-makers at target businesses
  • Craft and send compelling cold emails to prospective commercial clients
  • Utilize provided scripts while adapting conversations to build rapport and address client needs
  • Schedule on-site consultation appointments and service walkthroughs for qualified prospects
  • Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and follow-up requirements
  • Collaborate with business owner to continuously refine scripts and improve conversion strategies
  • Successfully transfer qualified, interested leads to business owner for final consultation and closing


Requirements
  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales outreach roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Resilient mindset with persistence in follow-up efforts and comfort handling rejection
  • Basic computer proficiency for email campaigns, lead tracking, and CRM management
  • Availability to work 4-5 hours per day on a consistent part-time basis
  • Experience in B2B sales or commercial services preferred but not required
