40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Sydney time with 1 hour of unpaid break

Primary focus on Australian market initially
Targeting financial advisors and related professional services
Role designed to evolve from pure marketing to include sales support functions
Opportunity for professional growth and expanded responsibilities
Work closely with existing Business Development Manager
Potential to become the primary point of contact for inbound leads and initial client demos
Long-term potential to handle cold outreach and appointment setting
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company brand
Create engaging marketing content across multiple channels and formats
Design graphics and edit videos for marketing campaigns and promotional materials
Generate qualified leads for the sales team through various digital marketing channels
Manage and optimize the company website for lead generation and brand presence
Ideally implement and manage SEO strategies to improve online visibility
Handle inbound inquiries from marketing-generated leads
Conduct product demos for prospective clients via online platforms if necessary
Support CRM management and lead nurturing processes
Stay current with digital marketing trends and implement new strategies
Potentially transition into sales support role as business scales, including qualifying leads and setting appointments for senior sales executives
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation
Strong skills in graphic design and video editing
Experience with content creation and marketing strategy development
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website management
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
Ability to conduct professional product demonstrations
Flexibility to adapt and grow role responsibilities over time
Strong communication skills for both marketing and potential client-facing activities
Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services or professional services
