This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Contact 100-150 warm leads per week who have applied through Instagram, Facebook, and Google ads
Make outbound calls and send messages to prospects within 24-48 hours of their application
Schedule audition appointments for bi-weekly talent interviews
Follow established scripts and sales processes to book appointments
Handle prospect questions and objections about the audition process
Work with urgency to book prospects for current weekend auditions or maximum 2 weeks out
Update lead tracking systems and maintain accurate records of contact attempts
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Experience in customer service and sales background required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
Comfortable with making high-volume outbound calls
Persistent and motivated by commission-based compensation
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
Goal-oriented mindset with focus on appointment conversion rates
Scope:
Part-time position: 20 hours per week minimum
Schedule: 2-3 days per week
Lead volume: 100-150 warm leads weekly from digital marketing channels
Target conversion: Improve current 10-12% appointment booking rate
Commission structure: Performance-based bonuses on top of hourly rate
Programs being sold: Acting programs ranging from $6,000-$15,000 with payment plans
Reporting: Work closely with school owner and head of sales
