Role Name: Surplus Saver

Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Jacksonville, FL time with 1 hour of unpaid break

Job Description

As a Surplus Saver, you’ll be at the forefront of a unique and rewarding industry where every successful call directly helps someone recover money that belongs to them. You’ll conduct strategic cold calling campaigns to reach previous property owners who are entitled to excess funds from foreclosure sales. This role combines the excitement of sales with the satisfaction of genuinely helping people, as you’ll be both setting appointments and closing agreements over the phone. You’ll work with a scaling team that’s expanding from initial hires to a full department of 4-6 professionals, offering excellent growth opportunities in a specialized niche market.

Responsibilities

Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to reach potential clients who are owed surplus funds from foreclosure sales
Build immediate rapport and establish credibility with prospects who may be skeptical about the legitimacy of surplus recovery
Explain complex financial concepts in simple, understandable terms to help prospects grasp their opportunity
Set qualified appointments with interested prospects and close agreements within the same conversation when possible
Navigate objections and concerns while maintaining a helpful, consultative approach
Work with pre-qualified leads of previous property owners entitled to excess funds from foreclosure auctions
Contribute to a growing team environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement

Requirements

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly over the phone
Strong problem-solving abilities to address prospect concerns and objections
Professional home office setup, dual monitor configuration would be a big plus
Desktop computer strongly preferred over laptop for optimal performance
Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional headset
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Full-time availability with flexibility to work during US business hours
