This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 6pm Eastern

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to blend creative content production with administrative excellence in a fast-growing coaching business. You’ll be instrumental in transforming recorded coaching sessions into polished, branded course materials while supporting both individual coaching services and corporate training programs. Your work will directly impact clients experience and business growth as you help scale operations from service-based to content-driven offerings. This role offers the perfect mix of creative video production work (60%) and strategic administrative coordination (40%), allowing you to develop diverse skills while contributing to meaningful professional development content that impacts leaders and teams.



Responsibilities:
  • Produce and edit video content from recorded coaching sessions into polished course materials
  • Upload and organize content into client portals and learning management systems
  • Ensure all content aligns with established branding and messaging guidelines
  • Manage and grow social media presence using video clips and other branded content
  • Handle client booking coordination and scheduling adjustments for one-to-one coaching sessions
  • Coordinate complex corporate training bookings involving multiple participants and stakeholders
  • Manage follow-up sessions and communications with corporate leaders and teams
  • Support administrative tasks related to both individual coaching and corporate training operations

Requirements
  • Proven experience in video editing and content production
  • Strong understanding of social media management and content strategy
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management systems (Calendly experience preferred)
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across all content and communications
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and coordination
  • Proficiency with content management and portal systems
