Job description

This is a remote position.

The client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a health care recruitment and retention initiative focused on reducing wait times and improving system performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading business transformation and organizational change projects, especially in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification
Degree, diploma, or certification in Business Analysis
10+ years managing business transformation initiatives, including at least one in a healthcare setting
5+ years experience in organizational change management (OCM), including use of Prosci methodology
5+ years experience in leadership roles, coaching teams, and overseeing adoption of best practices
5+ years experience working directly with clinical stakeholders in healthcare process improvement
1+ year experience implementing technology solutions in a healthcare environment
1+ year experience with business architecture and developing strategic roadmaps in acute care settings
