I’m the direct recruiter seeking your background for a Japan Governor General with a unique, global military/government services provider. Home office, mostly in-country travel.

As Japan Governor General with Austability ( https://austability.com/ ) a global military/ government services provider- you'll have the primary responsibility of leading and overseeing day-to-day operations of Austability’s region in accordance with Austability global company strategic plan/operating capital budgets.


HIGHLIGHTS

  • Paid in Yen or US Dollars

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Austability in Japan & countries/locations where Japan government/military (or other clients in Japan) have an active interest 

  • Oversee implementation of and adherence to company annual operating plan that supports AG’s long term Japan operations strategy

  • Oversee Austability achievement and maintenance of a satisfactory competitive position within Japan market

  • Keep Chief Exectives fully informed in a timely/candid manner of the conduct of the day-today operations of Austability towards the achievement of its established goals & of all deviations from goals/objectives/policies

  • Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus and service and encourages individual integrity

  • Assess and manage the principal risks of business within operations (proposals, projects and staffing);

  • Be the custodian of company policies, procedures/SOPs



REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) PLUS:

  • 10+ years of industry-related experience including 3 years in upper management

  • Swift evaluation and cyclical incident updates

  • Effective communications and strategic decision-making ability

  • Strong leadership skills
