Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and high-performing SaaS Sales & Digital Solutions Specialist to lead the charge in growing our client base. This is a consultative sales role focused on managing both inbound and outbound sales opportunities while guiding potential customers through our digital product ecosystem. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through product demo, proposal, and close—while ensuring a seamless handoff to onboarding.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and client-centric environment. They are confident using sales and marketing technologies, excellent at identifying client pain points, and capable of tailoring digital solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new leads through outbound campaigns (phone, email, social outreach).
  • Manage inbound sales pipeline—responding to new leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling consultations.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Guide prospects through discovery conversations, identifying pain points and aligning solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and lead quality.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage sales activities, track pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain outbound email sequences and test content to increase conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze lead source performance and pipeline activity.
  • Provide input on competitive trends and product positioning.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs (e.g., new monthly recurring revenue, call volume, conversion rate).

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing technology, or digital services.
  • Humble but hungry with ability to work well as part of a remote team
  • University degree or technical diploma in business and/or equivalent combination of education or 5 years of sales experience in SaaS or digital marketing sales
  • Strong experience with outbound prospecting and inbound pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), email automation, and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple sales conversations simultaneously.
  • Confidence working with small business owners and understanding the digital marketing challenges they face.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals in a consultative manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, SEO, and website conversion best practices.
  • Knowledge of PPC (Google & META)
  • Knowledge of Social Media Management “SMM”

Preferred Experience
  • Background in the fitness, martial arts, or wellness industry.
  • Experience selling marketing platforms or web-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodology and behavioral psychology.
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
