Job Description

The Development Manager & IT Integration specialist will lead a diverse team of developers and managers while overseeing the integration of IT systems and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role will coordinate development projects, provide technical guidance, and maintain high standards through best practices. Additionally, the role will maintaining thorough documentation, ensuring compliance with security regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. 
  • Oversee the integration of IT systems and digital platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business goals. 
  • Coordinate development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives. 
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project outcomes. 
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, projects, and communications. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, including the EU NIS2 framework. 
  • Incorporate innovative solutions into projects, staying up to date with the latest IT integration trends and technologies. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT integration, development management, or a related field. 
  • Strong technical skills with experience in API development, system integration, and IT project management. 
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
