Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Manager to lead our EU Standards and Training initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will champion best-in-class training programs, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. You will also drive innovation and champion collaboration across our teams.

As a Senior Manager, EU Standards and Training, your day might include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive training strategies aligned with EU standards.

  • Supervising compliance and adapting training programs accordingly.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align training programs with organizational goals.

  • Analyzing training outcomes to identify areas of improvement and ensure efficiency.

  • Leading workshops and seminars to promote standard processes and innovation in training methodologies.

  • Managing relationships with external partners and team members.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or a related team. You should have proven experience in managing training programs and ensuring compliance as well as a strong understanding of EU regulations and their application in training environments. Outstanding leadership and project management skills are crucial, along with experience in data analysis and reporting tools to measure training efficiency. While not required, a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with digital training platforms and tools, and certification in training or instructional design are highly preferred.
