What You Will Be Doing

 

•    Own the Processing of the Task queues in a timely manner
o    Environment Requests 
o    Idea Management
o    Error Resolution
•    Assist with/ Use Case Testing & Development 

 

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

2+ years of experience in IT with a focus on customer support

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Well-written and familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, & Word
Some experience with Video Creation & Editing 
Tech Savvy and capable of observing and learning the execution of a variety of proprietary processes
The ability to juggle a variety of tasks and manage toward due dates and SLA’s
Any experience with the following solutions/concepts is a bonus: 
o    Microsoft Azure
o    Microsoft DevOps
o    Salesforce
o    Any of Ivanti’s Solutions
