Job description

We are an innovative and fast-growing technology company working in the fintech and regtech sectors with global operations. We’re looking for a Corporate Legal Advisor( Part-Time) to support our business with expert legal guidance, particularly in the areas of corporate transactions, contract law, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence, deal structuring, term sheets, and transaction documentation.
  • Advise on partnership and joint venture agreements, ensuring legal risk mitigation and alignment with business strategy.
  • Ensure contracts and corporate activities comply with relevant laws and regulations across the jurisdictions we operate in the USA (California, Delaware, Wyoming)
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all legal documentation is complete and enforceable.
  • Support regulatory filings, corporate governance, and legal entity management as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised institution; LLM or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of legal experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to the fintech or technology sector.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting, M&A, and partnership-related legal matters.
  • Familiarity with international corporate structures and cross-border transactions.
  • Strong understanding of legal risk management in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities on a part-time basis.
