Organize, review, and edit data from job detail cards submitted by field technicians.

Extract and summarize key details from job detail cards for accounting and quotation teams.

Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage job bookings.

Schedule jobs for field technicians and maintain an organized schedule of works.

Job description

Salary: P50,000-P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (05:00 AM - 02:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

5 years + of experience in data management, operational support, or a related field, preferably within the service or construction industry.
Proven ability to organize and manage data efficiently, with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in job detail cards and client presentations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling customer inquiries, managing job bookings, and collaborating with internal teams.
Familiarity with job management systems (e.g., Ascora, SimPRO) for scheduling and tracking jobs, along with proficiency in standard office software, particularly Excel.
Phone systems experience (Zendesk, Ring Central, 3cx, etc)
Demonstrated ability to provide operational support and proactively identify issues, ensuring smooth workflows and effective collaboration with business managers and team members.

What will you do?

Schedule jobs for field technicians using our job management system.

Provide operational support to business managers and other team members.
