Job Title: Estimator / Project Coordinator
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2800 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for an Estimator / Project Coordinator who can support quoting, project logistics, and internal admin operations for environmental service and compliance projects. This role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with the confidence to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes for service projects, sampling/compliance jobs, and equipment installations using defined pricing templates and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor procurement portals for new bid opportunities and share relevant leads internally.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication across project stakeholders.
  • Issue purchase orders, track orders, and confirm equipment receipt.
  • Collaborate with admin support to create field team tasks and with accounting to support billing.
  • Communicate with clients regarding scheduling and site coordination.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to learn and operate internal quoting and task management systems.
  • Solid communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Reliable internet and home office setup.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to ask for help when needed.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with estimating in construction, environmental services, or facilities.
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms (local/state/federal).
  • Prior coordination or assistant experience with field teams or project managers.
  • Exposure to sales or outreach activities.
