Job Description

We are looking for an organized BD Lead Generation professional to assist in our Sales Teams the outreach and selling of our company's services. BrightCrew is a Business Process Outsourcing company (BPO) which provides Offshore and Onshore Virtual assistants and operational talent such as Tech specialists, accountants, sales and Marketing Professionals and many more who are located in the Philippines, Malaysia, India and Sri Lanka to our client companies located in USA, UK, UAE, Australia and Europe.

This is a remote job so applications are welcome from anywhere.

The responsibilities include generating leads and using lead lists by systematic direct outreach to new client prospects via email or utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and also creating engaging Social Media content to build personal and corporate authority in the field of BPO over time and create and post various promotional literature for LinkedIn on a regular basis.

This Individual represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase BrightCrews brand awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends making recommendation to our systems and outreach practises where necessary.

To be successful in this role you should have strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills as well and an Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to be successful. In return BrightCrew compensate and reward all of our talented team very well.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the company's brand and introducing our service to the target prospects.
  • Researching prospects public data to identify angles of approach
  • Connecting with the prescribed number of connections on a daily basis.
  • Posting at least 3 items of content media per week.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
  • Implementing new sales plans and systems.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making calls, understanding their needs, and anticipating potential additional requirements and upsell opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in and Direct Sales (B2B) is advantageous however all training and support will be provided for all who have the drive to be successful and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Content Marketing expertise is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
